Thomas Riesen is a successful entrepreneur with almost 20 years of experience in ICT and IT security. After completing his electrical engineering studies and MBA, he completed various positions as a software developer and project manager in well-known companies and most recently worked as a Business Unit Manager. 2009 he founded Swissprime Technologies AG. Since then, he successfully leads and builds the company and offers his customers engineering and consulting services and a dedicated product portfolio.
Cornelia Rosenberger is the Digital Marketing Manager of Swissprime Technologies AG. After gaining experience in the renowned banking industry of Switzerland, she decided to study communications science. This gained knowledge she can now directly apply to her work for Swissprime Technologies AG. She is responsible for the smart and creative content in our digital channels.
Andreas Wyss is an experienced software engineer, who develops web applications since the past 20 years. After his computer science studies, he worked for several companies, where he created solutions with complex requirements. He joined Swissprime Technologies AG almost four years ago, where he developed the KleverKey cloud and production tools.
Raphael Haase is a software engineer and expert for entrepreneurship and innovation with more than 10 years of experience in software development, product design und entrepreneurship. Raphael completed his Masters of Science in Computer Science at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), spent a semester at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) as well as a year as a Visiting Researcher in Information Management at the University of California, Berkeley and completed the honors program in Technology Management at the Center of Digital Technology and Management (CDTM) in Munich. He founded the smart lighting company HEAVN in Munich. Raphael has been a consultant for successful startups like eGym and well known companies like e.on, BMW, Munich Re, the ERGO Group, Rhenus Logistics and Sika.
Sebastian is a knowledge hungry and committed student who supports the KleverKey Sales and Marketing Entity with his capacity and broad language skills. As a match-defining attribute, his almost irrepressible curiosity can develop a lot of positive potential. His assistance ranges from data analysis as a basis for acquisition and the configuration, assembling and shipping of intelligent locks up to preparing and participation for events.
Andy Fitze is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of SwissCognitive - The Global AI Hub, founded in 2016. He is also President of the Swiss IT Leadership Forum, as well as the Service Management Partners. Besides, Andy is member of the Board of Directors of ICTSwitzerland and SwissICT and serves as Member of Strategic Advisory Board & Speaker at the Berne University of Applied Sciences. Previously Andy worked as Group CIO of RUAG, where he was member of the extended Group Executive Board and managed information technology both strategically and operationally. Prior to joining RUAG, he was responsible for IT governance at PostFinance.
He led numerous international projects during his operational activities in large companies and held various management positions in IT and technical process automation. In varied positions he was also responsible for strategy, architecture, risk, compliance and process management and IT security.
With his passion for smart technologies, he advises managers at board- and senior levels in the field of digital transformation, and gives lectures and speeches worldwide, such as in in Tel Aviv, Zürich, Davos, Brussels or even in Boston. Andy holds a degree in electrical engineering (HTL) and an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen and won the Swiss CIO Award for Best IT Manager in Switzerland in 2017. He is a Swissprime Technologies AG Advisor and is challenging continually the Swissprime’ Strategy & Orientation.
Carmen De la Cruz has more than 20 years of experience as technology lawyer, Notary Public and advisor in the area of IT, IP, block chain, artificial intelligence and other legal matters. She has worked as Inhouse Counsel for one of the leading Financial Service Providers as well as for telecommunication providers for many years. As General Counsel in the area of infrastructure, she supported in the fields of corporate and infrastructure law. She was partner of several specialized law firms before being founding partner of de la cruz beranek Attorneys at Law Ltd.
Within her practice, she has been an active member of different practice groups on new technology matters in Switzerland. She has supported several ICO’s and consults on block chain topics. Carmen is an elected member of the Swiss Federal Arbitration Commission on the administration of IP rights and related rights dealing with collective IP rights. Furthermore, she is member of the Crypto Valley Association, Board member of SGOA, an IT arbitration organization, Co-Leader of the I-WIN Committee of the International Technology Law Association (ITechLaw), Co-Leader of the Legal Chapter of swissICT, the largest Swiss IT association as well as member of different national and international technology associations. Carmen De la Cruz as an experienced technology lawyer for sophisticated legal issues, is a Swissprime Technologies AG advisor.
After completing the apprenticeship in banking, Raffaele Carmine became involved in Private Banking and ended up in Investment Banking. He became a trader in the area of currencies and bonds with one of the large Swiss banks. Whilst he worked in this area he was selected to complete a post graduate program in Finance at the IFZ School in Zug which culminated in the international Financial Analyst CIIA qualification. He was responsible for the expansion of the propriety trading, market-making, sales and new issues of international bonds. He undertook all this as team leader and was promoted to Director Level. These engagements have resulted in extensive contacts within global institutional clients and Banks. He not only successfully expanded this business for the Bank, he also demonstrated his flair for economic challenges and his love the dynamics of the Interest/Forex/Credit/Stock markets. The large network of investors and contacts in the financial world has been maintained and constantly expanded. His visionary entrepreneur heart yearned for new projects, why he has launched over dozens of companies. Raffaele Carmine is Swissprime Technologies AG's advisor for complex issues in the field of corporate acquisition and valuation.
