Technopark Winterthur Co-Working

Technopark Winterthur has been offering flexible workplaces since April 2017.

Coworking is the keyword of a new working culture. Fixed workplaces are being replaced by mobile working on the road, at home and flexible shared offices – so-called coworking spaces.

The Project

Access to the Co-Working Spaces is controlled by the KleverKey Controller.The integration of the controller is very easy in combination with electric door openers.This allows an uncomplicated and inexpensive installation of smartphone-based access control.

• Less personnel costs due to the elimination of mechanical keys or badges
• Relief of the welcome desk (7×24 operation possible)
• Connection of third party systems (e.g. reservation or payment)
• Security through personal Smartphone ID

The integration of KleverKey into our infrastructure was very simple and straightforward. By using KleverKey we can simplify our processes by not having to distribute keys or access cards and we always have access via the portal under control. The cooperation with Swissprime was very good.
